I had a Spirit Body Integration session with Joanna at a great transition point in my life. I had just moved to Australia from Europe and was starting out a whole new life. My session with Joanna was a beautiful mélange of body work and energy work; the body as well as the spirit were addressed which made complete sense to me: as human beings we are both, body and spirit, and neither should be neglected. The physical aspect of grounding is very much needed in a world of increasing flux and change.

I had arrived in an emotional and rather tense state dreading the unknown consequences of a big decision in my life that seemingly would put me in a position of “being  completely on my own”.

Joanna’s approach was gentle, yet very powerful. Her touch heartfelt and mindful. The physical tension in my neck and head region, that I had felt  at the beginning of the session, subsided almost instantly and my mind calmed.
