Relationships with others can be stressful, but what we often don’t remember is that the relationships we have with others are a mirror of the relationship we have with ourselves. The more loving and in tune we are in our inner self, the more smoothly our outer relationships go.

During this session I will help you to go within to love yourself more deeply and authentically than you ever have.

Self Love is not about being egotistical, it is about honoring the person you are and came here to the planet to be. It is about taking the time to really get to know yourself. What you like, what your dreams are. Many people only know how to please others and what other people’s wishes are for them. During this session you will get to know what YOU truly wish for in your deepest of hearts.

SpiritBody Integration

A combination of Hypnotherapy and energywork.

A Spirit Body Integration session is a guided visualization journey through your chakra system to assist you in unlocking blockages that have been keeping you from accessing your full potential, strength and happiness in your life.

As empathic healer, I will journey with you to allow you to feel safe and to help you understand what is happening in each chakra. I teach you relaxing and gentle breathing techniques that assist you to lovingly heal past traumas. I will also show you how to go deeper into your body and spirit to love even the most difficult places.

When we learn to love ourselves without fear or judgment it unlocks a deep sense of peace that allows all stress and tension to melt away and leave us in a state of quiet bliss.

Session is about 1 hour

Healing the inner child

There are parts of us from childhood that are still hurting from past events. These things need to be healed in order for us to move forward in our lives as emotionally mature people. Sometimes the issues that are troubling us in present time actually have roots in early childhood. When we go back and heal these parts of ourselves it allows us to move forward in our lives and releases us from the bonds that have been holding us back for all these years.
