I had a Spirit Body Integration session with Joanna at a great transition point in my life. I had just moved to Australia from Europe and was starting out a whole new life. Joanna helped me feel instantly at ‘home’ as she welcomed me lovingly into her space. I felt safe in her presence & her gentle approach made me feel loved & supported. My session with Joanna was a beautiful mélange of body work and energy work; the body as well as the spirit were addressed which made complete sense to me: as human beings we are both, body and spirit, and neither should be neglected. The physical aspect of grounding is very much needed in a world of increasing flux and change.

I had arrived in an emotional and rather tense state dreading the unknown consequences of a big decision in my life that seemingly would put me in a position of “being  completely on my own”.

Joanna’s approach was gentle, yet very powerful. Her touch heartfelt and mindful. The physical tension in my neck and head region, that I had felt  at the beginning of the session, subsided almost instantly and my mind calmed. At first I felt my fears and sadness intensified which was obviously part of the release. After a while I eased into deep relaxation, floating in a trancelike state, feeling energy moving and shifting in and around my body. Feelings of gratitude welled up in me for all the love and support that I have been and am receiving from family, friends and earth-angels like Joanna. The presence, support and guidance from beings that were called in previously became very tangible as well.

I left with a renewed sense of strength, confidence and trust. Most importantly knowing that  I am never alone.
